Well working in health care is not easy. Being at the front desk is even harder because you don't often get the respect nurses and doctors usually get. So I end up dealing with a lot of annoying people who want to blame ME because they have to wait to get an urgent appointment, that is only urgent as long as its CONVENIENT ( Read more... )
